For the past 12 years, Eaglestone has had the privilege of having David Hernandez on our team as lead press brake operator. Over those 12 years of service, David has consistently demonstrated his eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges head-on.
A Day in the Life
Every day, you can find David at the helm of the press brake at 7 a.m. sharp, meticulously shaping parts for a diverse range of Eaglestone clients. The satisfaction of a job well done is what drives him, and whether it’s a well-planned project or a last-minute request, we have full confidence in the quality of work that comes from David’s station.
The Secret to His Success
When asked what sets him apart as a key member of the Eaglestone team, David humbly replied, “Probably that I’m responsible. I’m here on time every day, my projects are always done on schedule, and I make it a point to help my coworkers whenever they need it.”
We can vouch for all of this. David’s presence makes our operations smoother, and his dedication strengthens our workplace culture. He’s truly become part of the Eaglestone family.
Family First
When he’s not at work, David’s focus is on his family. He and his wife, Celia, are busy parents to four daughters, with their schedules filled with soccer practices and games. “And when I can, I like to hit the gym and stay active,” David adds.
Looking Ahead
David’s future with Eaglestone is bright, and we’re thrilled to have him on board for the long haul. “I’m really happy here. I love my work and am grateful for everything the company has provided and taught me.”
